‘Missing Malaysian plane MH370 in Afghanistan’

Even as the search is continuing in the Indian Ocean for the missing Malaysian plane, Russian intelligence sources are quoted as claiming that the plane is in Afghanistan, “not far from Kandahar near the border with Pakistan”. The terrorists are possibly seeking to bargain with either America or China.

Flight MH370 of Malaysia Airlines from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, which went missing on March 8 with 239 passengers, was ‘hijacked’ and “flown to close to Afghanistan - Pakistan border”. Afghan news agency, Khaama Press ( KP) agency, reported on 13th April,2014.

All passengers and crew members aboard the missing Malaysian flight are alive, according to Russian newspaper, Moskovsky Komsomolets.

“The plane was hijacked by unknown terrorists. We know that the name of the terrorist who gave instructions to pilots is Hitch,” an intelligence source told the daily’s correspondent.

There is no independent corroboration of the claim; the authorities have not offered any comment so far.

Twenty Asian specialists including one Japanese were captured and were taken to the bunker in Pakistan, the daily said quoting the anonymous source.

“Plane is on the road near the mountain range; it has a broken wing. Maybe it made a hard landing but all passengers survived”, the source also stated adding that all the passengers of the ill- fated flight are housed “in shacks almost without food.” The newspaper claimed that the terrorists are possibly seeking to bargain with either America or China.
