OM Roy Memorial won the U-17 Boy’s title of the 54th National Subroto Cup, outplaying Magurmari High School, Kokrajhar, Assam 4-0 in a thrilling final at the Ambedkar Stadium in the capital city Delhi, on October 19.
The Meghalaya boys will now participate in the upcoming Bayern Youth Cup, which is sponsored by Adidas in association with Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich. The Cup will commence in Munich (Germany) by the end of this year.
Manipur defeated Haryana 5-3 in the final match in Junior girls category of Subroto Cup 2013 championship.
